In making use of Lord Curzon's name it may be that the person referred to in your telegram of the 23rd of November is referring to nothing more than the fact that in connection with his 1920 Concession he was supported by the Foreign Office. Foreign Office know nothing of his present activities and he cannot truthfully state that they are now supporting him. We are making further enquiries.
